Inshore conditions for Island Bay at 11 am – updated daily on Island Bay Diver’s web site’s front page . IBD is now on winter hours, 9am – 6pm closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays – open the other 5 days of the week.

Conditions:

Wind 15 kn Southerly, visibility ‘poor’, overcast, sea temperature 10 c, moderate sea, swell 1.5m, high tide @ 3, sunset @ 5:30, full moon 20/8.

Visibility Rating:

‘poor’ is zero to 3m, ‘ok’ is 4- 6m, ‘good’ is 7m plus.
