Inshore conditions for Island Bay at 1pm – updated daily on Island Bay Diver’s web site’s front page . IBD is now on Winter hours, 9am – 6pm closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays – open the other 5 days of the week. Rahui in place from Princess to Island Bay until tomorrow.

Snorkel trail

Conditions:

Wind Southerly 20 kn , visibility ‘poor’, cloudy, sea temperature 12 c, moderate sea, swell 2.5 m, high tide @ 4, sunset @ 6;10; full moon 18/9.

Visibility Rating:

‘poor’ is zero to 3m, ‘ok’ is 4- 6m, ‘good’ is 7m plus.
