Inshore conditions for Island Bay at 9 am – updated daily on Island Bay Diver’s web site’s front page. IBD is now on Winter hours, 9am – 6pm closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays – open the other 5 days of the week.

Snorkel Trail

Conditions:

Wind Northerly 20 kn, visibility ‘poor’, cloudy, sea temperature 12 c, slight sea, swell 0.5 m, high tide @ 6:30, sunset @ 6:15; full moon 18/10.

Visibility Rating:

‘poor’ is zero to 3m, ‘ok’ is 4- 6m, ‘good’ is 7m plus.
